Summary

This study is testing if continuing an immunotherapy drug called cemiplimab for up to a year helps people with a specific type of advanced lung cancer live longer without their cancer getting worse. It's for patients whose cancer has spread to only a few other sites in the body and who have already had initial treatment. Participants are randomly assigned to receive either the real drug or a placebo to see which group does better.
