Summary
This study tests three treatment plans for people with a specific type of colorectal cancer (MSI-H/dMMR) that has spread locally. The treatments use immunotherapy drugs (nivolumab and ipilimumab) with or without radiation before surgery. The goal is to shrink or eliminate the tumor, possibly allowing some patients to avoid surgery entirely. About 114 adults will take part.
