Summary

This study tested a drug called prolgolimab, which helps the immune system fight cancer, in 30 people with a specific type of colorectal cancer (MSI/dMMR) that had not spread. Participants received the drug for 6 months before surgery. The main goal was to see if the cancer completely disappeared by the time of surgery.
