New drug combo aims to fight tough bile duct cancer

Summary
This study is testing whether adding immunotherapy drugs to standard chemotherapy is safe and effective for people with advanced bile duct cancer. It will involve about 50 adult patients who cannot have surgery to remove their cancer. The goal is to see if this combination can better control the cancer and help patients live longer.
