Summary
This study is for people with a rare and aggressive type of melanoma that starts in the nasal and sinus passages. Researchers want to see if giving immunotherapy and chemotherapy before surgery can help prevent the cancer from spreading. The study will enroll 25 adults whose tumors can be surgically removed.
