Special diet before liver surgery may boost recovery

Summary
This study tests whether a special nutrition drink taken before liver surgery can improve patients' nutritional status and reduce complications. About 100 adults with liver tumors who are scheduled for major liver surgery will be randomly assigned to receive either the special drink or standard care. The goal is to see if this approach leads to fewer infections, shorter hospital stays, and better overall recovery.
