Summary
This observational study follows 50 people with stage III non-small cell lung cancer who have already received chemo-radiotherapy and are about to start immunotherapy with durvalumab. Researchers will look at how the immune system responds and whether that relates to survival. The goal is to learn more about real-world outcomes, not to test a new treatment.
