Lupus Kids' immune secrets revealed: new study watches cells shift under therapy

NCT ID NCT07352332

First seen Jan 25, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This study looks at how the immune system changes in children with lupus who are getting a special therapy called BiTE. It does not give any treatment itself, but instead collects blood samples over time to track immune cells and see how they relate to disease activity. The goal is to find clues that could help monitor the disease better in the future. Only 6 children with hard-to-treat lupus will take part.
