This study tests whether adding a special type of radiation to standard immunotherapy before surgery can help prevent lung cancer from coming back. About 90 people with stage III lung cancer that has spread to lymph nodes will receive chemotherapy, then immunotherapy plus radiation, followed by surgery. The goal is to see if this combination improves cancer control and survival.
