Summary
This is a long-term screening study to better understand why some people get frequent or severe infections. Researchers will evaluate up to 2000 participants, including people with these infection problems and their healthy blood relatives, over 25 years. The goal is to identify the causes of these immune system issues to improve future diagnosis and treatment, but this study itself does not provide treatment.
