Scientists track immune cells to learn why cancer treatments work

NCT ID NCT02978118

Summary

This study aims to learn how the immune system changes when patients with advanced kidney or bladder cancer receive immunotherapy drugs. Researchers will collect blood samples from about 67 patients before and during treatment to measure different immune cells and cancer cells in the blood. The goal is to gather information that might help predict which patients will respond best to these treatments in the future.
