Summary
This study tested whether a dietary supplement called Immulina could strengthen the body's natural defenses against flu viruses. Nearly 500 healthy adults took either Immulina or a placebo pill daily for 20 weeks. Researchers measured changes in key immune cells in the blood to see if the supplement made people's immune systems more resilient.
