New hope for kids with Tough-to-Treat leukemia
NCT ID NCT06247787
Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new drug, imetelstat, combined with two standard chemotherapy drugs (fludarabine and cytarabine) in children and young adults. It aims to find the safest dose and see if this combination can help control three types of aggressive blood cancers that have come back or not responded to previous treatments. The trial will enroll up to 36 participants aged 1 to 18 years.
