Summary

This study tests a therapy called imagery rescripting in 8 people with early psychosis. The goal is to see if it can improve core beliefs, wellbeing, and self-esteem by helping patients change upsetting mental images. Participants receive 4-6 therapy sessions over a few weeks and are followed for 3 more weeks. The study is small and early-stage, so results will guide future research.
