Summary

This Phase 3 trial tests a one-time cell therapy called IMA203 for people with advanced melanoma that has not responded to prior treatment. IMA203 is made from a patient's own immune cells and is designed to target cancer cells. The study compares IMA203 to standard treatments like nivolumab plus relatlimab or lifileucel. About 360 participants will be enrolled to see if IMA203 improves survival and tumor shrinkage.
