Summary

This phase 3 trial tests a new cell therapy called IMA203 against standard treatments for people with advanced melanoma (a serious skin cancer) that has spread or can't be removed. About 360 adults who have already tried a PD-1 inhibitor will be randomly assigned to receive IMA203 or the doctor's choice of standard therapy. The main goal is to see if IMA203 delays cancer growth better than current options.
