Summary
This study tested a program called Illness Management and Recovery (IMR) for adults with schizophrenia or bipolar disorder. The goal was to see if the program helps improve daily functioning compared to usual care. 198 people from two community mental health centers in Denmark took part. The study measured changes in overall function, symptoms, and personal recovery.
