Summary
This study follows 575 adults with Crohn's disease who have had part of their intestine removed. The goal is to better understand why the disease often comes back after surgery and to find ways to predict it. Researchers will collect medical history, blood, and tissue samples to create a detailed classification of the disease and identify markers that could guide future treatments.
