Summary
This study tests whether a low dose of radiation to the gut can help the immune system fight cancer again in people with advanced solid tumors (like lung or esophageal cancer) that no longer respond to standard immunotherapy. About 48 participants will receive one radiation session followed by an immunotherapy drug. The goal is to see if this combination can shrink tumors or slow disease progression, while also studying how the gut bacteria and immune system change.
