First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This early-phase trial tests a new treatment for people whose malignant glioma (a type of brain cancer) has come back. The therapy uses the patient's own immune cells, modified to recognize and attack the cancer while also blocking a tumor defense mechanism. The study will enroll 24 adults to check safety and see if it helps control tumor growth.
