Summary
This study looks at whether a specific genetic change (IL-4Ra R576) is linked to more severe eczema. Researchers will measure skin symptoms, immune markers, and skin bacteria in 111 people aged 6 to 65 with atopic dermatitis. No new treatment is being tested; the goal is to better understand why some people have worse disease.
