NCT ID NCT07455500

First seen Mar 10, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 12 times

Summary

This study looks at a protein called IL-1RAP found on abnormal cells in myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS), a pre-leukemic condition. Researchers will collect blood and bone marrow samples from 120 high-risk MDS patients to confirm IL-1RAP expression and test whether specially designed CAR-T cells can kill these cells in lab dishes and in mice. The goal is to gather knowledge needed to develop a new immunotherapy for MDS.
