Summary

This study looks at 300 adults with stable coronary artery disease to see if feeling empowered and having a sense of purpose (called 'ikigai') are connected. Researchers will use surveys to measure these factors and how they relate to quality of life. The goal is to help nurses and doctors better support heart patients in managing their health and finding joy in life.
