Personalized cell shots tested in battle against deadly brain cancer
NCT ID NCT04485949
Summary
This study is testing whether a personalized cell-based immunotherapy called IGV-001 can help control glioblastoma, a fast-growing brain cancer, and help patients live longer. The treatment is made from a patient's own tumor cells and is designed to train their immune system to fight the cancer. The main goals are to see if it delays cancer progression and improves survival compared to a placebo.
