Summary

This study aimed to understand how safe and comfortable different ways of giving immunoglobulin G (IgG) injections under the skin are. It involved 82 healthy volunteers who received injections under varying conditions. The main goal was to measure pain, skin reactions, and overall comfort at the injection site to help improve future injection experiences.
