First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated Jun 17, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This early-stage study tests an experimental treatment called IDOV-SAFE in people with advanced digestive system cancers (like colon, rectal, stomach, or liver cancer) that have not responded to standard treatments. The study has three parts: first, finding a safe dose; second, testing safety when combined with other immune therapies; and third, measuring how well the treatment shrinks tumors. About 89 participants will be enrolled, and the main goals are to check for side effects and see if tumors respond.
