Summary
This study looks at children with unexplained short stature to find out how many truly have no known cause after a thorough checkup, and then searches for genetic reasons in a small group. About 200 children aged 4 to 18 will get a detailed medical evaluation. The goal is to better understand why some children are shorter than expected.
