Summary
This study tests a three-drug combination (ivosidenib, azacitidine, and venetoclax) followed by maintenance therapy with ivosidenib alone in people aged 60 and older with newly diagnosed acute myeloid leukemia that has an IDH1 mutation. The goal is to see if this approach helps keep the cancer from coming back after initial treatment. Researchers will also monitor safety and the time commitment involved for participants.
