First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 14, 2026 · Updated 31 times
Summary
This study tests whether a drug called ivosidenib can help prevent acute myeloid leukemia (AML) from coming back after a stem cell transplant. About 75 adults with a specific IDH1 gene mutation will receive either ivosidenib or a placebo daily for up to two years. The goal is to see if the drug improves relapse-free survival without causing serious side effects.
