Summary

This study aimed to find the best antibiotic doses for treating pneumonia in critically ill ICU patients. Researchers measured how four common antibiotics moved through the blood and into the lung fluid of 179 sedated, ventilated patients. The goal was to gather data to design future, more personalized dosing plans that could improve treatment success.
