Summary
This study aims to improve care for critically ill patients in Egypt by training intensive care unit (ICU) nurses on proven, evidence-based safety practices. It will measure if this training reduces dangerous hospital-acquired infections like pneumonia and bloodstream infections, and improves patient survival. The goal is to see if better nursing practices can lead to better outcomes in hospitals with limited resources.
