First seen Feb 05, 2026 · Last updated May 08, 2026 · Updated 16 times
Summary
This study looks at what happens when ICU nurses meet with patients they once cared for, after the patients leave the hospital. Researchers want to see if these meetings improve nurses' job fulfillment and reduce burnout. The study involves 10 patients and 20 nurses, with half the nurses randomly chosen to attend the follow-up clinic visits.
