Quick online course aims to boost ICU Nurses' chemo confidence

Summary
This study is testing a new 30-minute online training program designed to help ICU nurses learn more about giving chemotherapy drugs safely. About 50 nurses from one hospital in Taiwan will try the program and answer surveys before and after to see if their knowledge and confidence improve. The goal is to see if this short, flexible online learning tool is useful and easy to use for busy nurses.
