ICU diary: a simple tool to ease caregiver stress and fatigue

Summary

This study looks at whether a special diary written for family caregivers of ICU patients can help lower their stress, improve sleep, and reduce tiredness. About 142 caregivers of patients on ventilators for more than 48 hours will take part. Caregivers will use the diary and report their stress, sleep quality, and fatigue levels.
