Summary

This study looked at whether keeping a diary during intensive care can reduce post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) in people who survived sudden cardiac arrest and their families. About 173 participants were involved. The goal was to see if writing down what happened helps with emotional recovery after such a frightening event.
