Fertility lab showdown: which Sperm-Egg method works best?
NCT ID NCT07175571
Summary
This study aims to find out which of two common lab methods works better for creating embryos when using frozen donor sperm in women without male fertility problems. Researchers will randomly assign a woman's collected eggs to either be fertilized by mixing with sperm in a dish (conventional IVF) or by directly injecting a single sperm into each egg (ICSI). They will then compare how many healthy embryos develop from each method to help guide future fertility treatments.
