Fertility Face-Off: which treatment delivers more babies?

NCT ID NCT07294027

Summary

This study aims to find out which of two common fertility treatments works better for couples who can't get pregnant but have no clear medical reason why. It will follow 848 couples in China undergoing their first treatment cycle, randomly assigning them to either standard IVF or a more direct sperm injection method called ICSI. The main goal is to see which group has more live births after the first embryo transfer.
