First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether hand grip strength stays the same or changes during a competitive ice hockey season in elite male and female players. No treatment is given—the goal is simply to understand how reliable a single grip strength test is for tracking performance and recovery.
