Summary
This study looks at a new circular-shaped catheter that uses pulsed energy to treat atrial fibrillation and atrial flutter. It is guided by a special ultrasound inside the heart to improve accuracy. Researchers want to see if it can safely and effectively restore normal heart rhythm in 150 adults.
