Summary

This study is testing if applying ice inside the rectum during a prostate biopsy can make the procedure easier for patients. Researchers want to see if this simple, non-drug method reduces pain, anxiety, and common complications like bleeding. The study will involve 84 men undergoing their first prostate biopsy to compare outcomes.
