Summary
This study tests if an internet-based cognitive behavioral therapy (ICBT) program, added to usual care, can reduce symptoms of generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) and major depressive disorder (MDD) in adults. About 120 participants in Taiwan will be randomly assigned to receive either usual care alone or usual care plus an 8-week online program with 12 modules. The goal is to see if ICBT can make treatment more accessible and improve symptoms.
