Summary
This study tested a mobile health app called ICanChange in 100 young adults aged 18-35 who have psychosis and cannabis use disorder. The goal was to see if the app is acceptable and easy to use, and whether it helps participants set their own goals to reduce cannabis-related harms. The study did not aim to cure or fully stop cannabis use, but rather to provide a supportive tool for harm reduction.
