Summary
This study tested the drug ibrutinib in children with chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGVHD), a condition where donor immune cells attack the child's body after a stem cell transplant. The goal was to find the best dose and check safety. 59 children aged 1 to 22 took part. The study looked at side effects and how well the drug controlled the disease.
