NCT ID NCT05998642

Summary

This study is testing whether adding the drug ibrutinib to standard chemotherapy can better control a rare and aggressive cancer called primary central nervous system lymphoma (PCNSL). It is for adults who are not eligible for a stem cell transplant. The goal is to see if this combination can lower the chance of the cancer growing or spreading compared to standard treatment alone.
