Summary
This study is testing whether the medication IBI362 can help Chinese teenagers (ages 12-17) with obesity or overweight lose weight when diet and exercise alone haven't worked. Researchers will compare IBI362 against a placebo (inactive treatment) in 180 participants to see if it safely reduces body mass index (BMI). The goal is to help manage weight and related health conditions like prediabetes or high blood pressure.
