New drug aims to reverse fatty liver damage in MASH patients

Summary

This study tests a new medicine, IBI362, in 165 adults with MASH, a serious fatty liver disease that can lead to scarring. Participants will receive either a low dose, high dose, or a placebo for 60 weeks. The main goal is to see if the drug can improve liver health without making scarring worse.
