Summary

This early-stage study tests the safety of a new drug called IBI3013. First, healthy volunteers receive a single dose to check for side effects. Then, people with active vitiligo (patchy skin color loss) or severe alopecia areata (patchy hair loss) receive multiple doses over up to 48 weeks. The goal is to see if the drug is safe and how the body processes it.
