Summary
This study is gathering stool, blood, and tissue samples from 120 adults—60 with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) and 60 without—to identify new biomarkers of intestinal dysbiosis (imbalance in gut bacteria). The goal is to develop a blood test that can help diagnose or monitor IBD. Participants provide samples during routine care, and no treatment is given.
