Summary

This study tests a device called I-NIC that uses low-frequency magnetic stimulation to help people recover from a stroke. About 364 participants will receive either the real device or a placebo, along with standard care, for 5 days starting within 48 hours of their stroke. The goal is to see if the device improves daily function and is safe.
