This study tests a device called I-NIC that uses low-frequency magnetic pulses to treat people who have had a stroke. The goal is to see if it helps improve recovery when used alongside standard care. About 364 participants will receive either the real device or a placebo for 5 days, starting within 48 hours of their stroke. Researchers will check their progress at 7 and 90 days.
