Summary
This study tests a video program called 'I kua na'u' to help Native Hawaiian elders aged 55+ plan their future medical care. The program uses videos and personal recordings to explain advance care planning in a culturally respectful way. About 220 participants will take part, either in a pre-post study or a randomized trial. The goal is to see if the program increases knowledge and completion of care wishes.
